Karen Petersen is a graduate of Dickinson State College in Dickinson, ND with degrees in Elementary Education and Music. She is a member of the American Guild of Organists and very active in the Missouri Valley Chapter.
Karen has blessed our worship for many years. She currently serves as Music Minister and Organist for our traditional worship on Sundays, accompanist for the Adult Choir, Cherub Choir, Joyful Singers, Joyful Ringers, a ringer in our Handchime Choir and is involved with many funeral and wedding services through-out the year.
Karen and her husband Earl have two adult children living in California and Nevada. She enjoys time with family – especially their grandchildren, exercise and the YMCA, yoga, and experiencing worship at other churches.
